My children love hydradash. I was very impressed today when we went as it had been thundering earlier in the day and I did not hold hope. I called and checked their policy and they assured me they would open if the life guard took down his red flag (only up if lightening and thunder). True to their word they opened up right after the storm had passed even though it was still raining. Special thanks to Annuj and the manager on duty who helped us with our tickets and gave the kids an upgrade because we had missed a little of the first hour. Super appreciated and the kids had the best time.

Lucky for us we came before the rain. Check the weather before coming! It was not sunny for a 10am slot. Great for team bonding and fun challenging activities. Careful as you might get abrasion so be really careful when moving around the inflatables. Try not to wear spectacles as they will be find for you if it drops. It should be fine even if you wear spectacles, just need to be cautious. Nearby 1 min walk is the Palawan toilet so it’s easy to shower after the activity. There were 4 lifeguards within the hydrodash. 1 or 2 were enthusiastic and engaging… the others were like sloths just chilling by the beach! Hahaha

We had issues with our Klook booking and the staff was really patient and kind in ensuring that we had an enjoyable experience. Definitely better to purchase tickets directly from them. The obstacles were easy, but definitely something to experience at least once.

This is a great activity to do with the whole family. My 6yr old LOVED it. You can buy tickets for 1hr or 2hrs- 1hr was enough for us, it’s a real workout. The lifeguards are very helpful and caring. Highly recommend it was so much fun!

Children must be 6 years old and above and at least 1.1 metres to play on the HydroDash course. All 6 years old children must be accompanied by an adult at a 1:1 ratio. All adult companions are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children on the course.

Buoyancy aid will be provided for all participants and it is mandatory to keep it on while on the course. Although buoyancy aids will be provided, all participants are required to swim a short distance of 20 meters (with a life jacket on) to reach the course.

You can still take part in the rain, and HydroDash is just as much fun in the rain! In the event of lightning warning, play will be suspended temporarily or cancelled for your safety. If you have purchased an Inclement Weather Insurance together with your ticket, you will enjoy a one-time reschedule to return and play another day.

Proper swimming attire (such as swimsuits, rash vests, broad shorts) is required. All swimming attire should be free of rivets, buttons or other hard objects. Jeans and traditional attire are not allowed for safety reasons. Please remove watch, jewellery or other sharp objects before entering HydroDash.
