We had our son's 6th birthday party at Splash Tribe and it was an absolutely great event. There were more than 20 adults and 10 kids so we had reserved a number of the picnic tables to park ourselves through the morning. Food and drinks order were made via QR code and delivered straight to the table and the water activities were enough to keep the kids entertained for 4 hours. There were plenty of life guards on duty and the pools were quite shallow, at around 0.5m for most parts. The parents felt really safe to leave the kids run amok whilst having a lychee mimosa cocktail. Certainly a big recommendation for me if you're thinking of hosting and running a birthday party! It is no frills and the staff were wonderful. Huge thank you to Ashley and his team. Only comment for those looking to organise an event is that the phone lines are busy and you might need to do a couple of tries before getting through. I do recommend speaking to Ashely and team directly over the phone as the online booking portal may not provide the flexibility you need.

Had l a great birthday celebration for my daughter. The staff and management did a great job making it an eventful birthday celebration. Food was great service was great nothing more expect.

Nice place for kids to play and pool are safe to use. Food surprisingly delicious.Only thing to improve is the daybed cushion need to be clean.

We had a fantastic time at Splash Tribe Sentosa, and I’d like to give a special shoutout to Ashley and the front desk team! Despite the scorching heat and the constant flow of eager guests, they handled everything with incredible patience and professionalism. It’s definitely not an easy task to stay calm and polite under such circumstances, but they managed it beautifully. Kudos to them for their dedication! 👏 That said, I’d like to suggest a slight tweak to the reservation system for weekends to improve crowd control and maximize the use of the space. Perhaps having three fixed booking sessions—9:30 AM to 1 PM, 1 PM to 5 PM, and 5 PM till late—would be more efficient. This setup could help manage the crowd better while ensuring optimal monetization of the facility. Additionally, allowing 60% of the lower-tiered seating areas to be reserved while keeping the rest for walk-ins could strike a good balance for both planners and spontaneous visitors. Overall, a wonderful experience with great staff—looking forward to coming back soon! 😊

First time here. Great place for family. Food was good. Staff served us were very friendly including the life guard. We served by Ms Yoges at the entrance and during check out. Very pleasant and friendly

Yogesh delivered impeccable service with such attention to detail, understanding our needs perfectly and going above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Her bright smile and warm demeanor made both kids and adults feel at ease, even during wet weather. She ensured we were all happy and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The rest of the team was equally fantastic—every server was polite, attentive, and quick to answer our questions with a smile. The manager on duty was warm, hospitable, and made sure the boys had a great time at the bar, adding a special touch to the day. Splash Tribe truly stands out as the perfect spot for both kids and adults to unwind, with stunning views that make the experience even better. Highly recommend this gem for a fun and relaxing day out!
