The Ambience: A Beachside Dream Dining at The Palawan Food Trucks is not merely about satisfying hunger; it is about embracing a full-fledged experience. The atmosphere is one of effortless relaxation, where guests can sink into cozy beachside seating and enjoy panoramic views of the sea. Sunlight dances upon the azure waters by day, while by night, the area transforms into a warm, glowing haven illuminated by twinkling string lights and the hum of cheerful conversation. The sound of laughter intermingles with upbeat music, curated to complement the easygoing, tropical vibe. Whether you’re here for a laid-back lunch after a refreshing swim, a romantic sunset dinner, or a casual gathering with friends and family, the ambiance at The Palawan Food Trucks creates the perfect setting. A Gastronomic World Tour on Wheels The Palawan Food Trucks are more than just vehicles serving food—they are moving kitchens, each a gateway to an exciting culinary culture. With a diverse range of offerings, food lovers can indulge in everything from classic comfort foods to adventurous global street eats. 1. Off the Hook – Authentic Australian Fish & Chips A tribute to Australia’s beloved coastal dish, Off the Hook serves up golden-battered fish fillets that are crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth tender on the inside. Accompanied by perfectly seasoned fries and house-made tartar sauce, this dish is a nostalgic reminder of carefree seaside afternoons. 2. Bao Jiak! – A Celebration of Chinese Flavors The rich traditions of Chinese cuisine are encapsulated in Bao Jiak!, where pillowy-soft steamed buns encase flavorful fillings like roasted pork belly, braised duck, and savory tofu. The balance of textures and bold seasonings make every bite a delightful fusion of old-world charm and contemporary street food culture. 3. Tacos de Playa – The Zest of Mexico Bringing the vibrant flavors of Mexico to Sentosa, Tacos de Playa offers a selection of tacos and quesadillas filled with smoky grilled meats, fresh vegetables, and zesty sauces. The tangy citrus notes of freshly squeezed lime and the hint of spice from homemade salsas elevate the experience, transporting diners straight to a bustling taqueria. 4. Seoul Food – Korean Street Eats Done Right Korean street food has taken the world by storm, and Seoul Food ensures that Sentosa beachgoers get a taste of this global craze. From crispy Korean corn dogs to spicy sweet potato fries and succulent chicken wings drenched in gochujang sauce, every dish here is an explosion of umami and spice. 5. Beach Banhs – Vietnam’s Most Loved Street Food Vietnamese cuisine is renowned for its balance of flavors, and Beach Banhs does justice to this reputation with its selection of banh mi sandwiches and fresh prawn rice paper rolls. The crunch of the baguette, the tang of pickled vegetables, and the savoriness of grilled meats or tofu create a harmonious blend that is both light and satisfying. 6. Tropo Burgers – A Smash Hit for Burger Lovers

My Australian client was thrilled with the event, 130 people, including 20 children. They enjoyed the fun facilities and the food was amazing. The team helped with extra entertainment and nothing was too much trouble. I hope to return- soon with another group!

I love the peaceful beach vibe. We were here at around 4pm so I’m pretty sure it’s different in the evening 😄 but I imagine it’ll have a nice party vibe to it. It’s near the floating island and there’s beach goers playing volleyball nearby. They take credit cards and other mobile payment wallets. There’s a free shuttle powered by Sentosa to take you from one spot to another within Sentosa.

I recently ordered the veggie burger and chips which at SD18 was delicious. The central ordering point asked if I was vegan (I'm not) which was impressive as the burger comes with a fried egg. It was a filling and tasty meal when its difficult to find vegetarian food on Sentosa.

Lunch at The Palawan Food Trucks. There are 10 various food trucks: Tacos de Playa, Tropo Burgers, Sweet Mother of Pearl, Yaki Hama, Bao Jiak, Beach Banhs, Beach Brews, Off The Hook, Seoul Food and Super Chilled. I had some vegetarian Quesadillas with Cajun fries and a Lime Breeze drink. My boyfriend had a burger with French fries and a Pearl Milk Tea. Everything was delicious!
